1. Public Content (YouTube & Social Media)

BDTU™ content published on YouTube, Facebook, and other public platforms is available for:

  • Watching
  • Sharing links
  • Informal recommendation

This content is provided as educational outreach and a demonstration of training style.


2. Company Training Use Requires a License

Use of BDTU™ content as part of any structured company training program requires a license.

This includes:

  • Assigning videos as required training
  • Using content in onboarding programs
  • Embedding videos into LMS, SharePoint, or internal systems
  • Building training processes or documentation around BDTU™ content

Public links may be shared, but systematic or required use within an organization constitutes training use.


3. License Overview

A BDTU™ license provides:

  • Non-exclusive use for internal company training
  • Use within the company for employees and staff only
  • Access to organized training content (as applicable)

4. Restrictions

Without written permission, the following are not allowed:

  • Editing or modifying BDTU™ content
  • Removing branding or attribution
  • Reposting content as company-owned material

All BDTU™ content remains the intellectual property of Dale Halleron.
